Cold Mountain in North Carolina will always remember those men that died in battle. All the Home Guards that took advantage of their positions are on the run or else have been excuted by the law for their actions.

+++ The People of Cold Mountain are prepareing for the years festival that marks the moment the war ended. +++

The people of Cold Mountain are asked to keep their eyes out for any Outlaws, who are hiding up in the Mountains. +++

Cold Mountain


The American Civil war is over, and the people of Cold Mountain will never forget the troubles of the war. Those who lost sons and husbands have erected a monument in their honour in the centre of the village, people are closer now then they ever where before working together to make the village a thriving community helping those who lost everything in the war.

So ten years past and Ada Monroe hasn’t forgotten the tragic events that happened, her one claim to her lost love is her beautiful daughter Grace Inman who is now ten years old, Ada Still lives at Black Cove Farm along with Ruby who has married that boy from Georgia, Reid, and has had three sons with him. Sally stays with them and helps out in the kichen although she can’t speak a word. They all work to keep the farm running and food on their plates.

There is a small school in the village now, which is run by the church, the younger children, go to it until they reach 12 then they help out at home and in the businesses there parents run.

Everybody knows everyone else’s business in the village so people find it difficult to keep secrets, but what secrets lurk in this small mountain village?

Please note that this is a small village and new people are rare try to fill the cannons list first!
